Our office team books your visit and keeps you updated. For boiler installations, we start with a phone survey. We then talk you through your quote so you know what is included.
On the day
Our Gas Safe registered engineers arrive with the job details already shared. Sometimes something changes on site, such as the flue position or the condensate route. If it does, we agree the next step with you before any extra work goes ahead.
After the job
After an installation, we aim to call you to check everything is working. We can also answer any questions about your controls or warranty.
